We’ve been made aware of a scam targeting pet owners in our community. Scammers are pretending to be from the San Antonio Humane Society and contacting people to claim they’ve found their missing pet. They then demand money for “urgent surgeries” or other situations.
Please note:
- The San Antonio Humane Society will never contact you to request money in this manner.
- If your pet is found, we will follow proper protocols to reunite you safely and securely.
