DONUT is a 4 years, 7 months old male American Pit Bull Terrier/Mix who weighs 62 pounds and has been with us for 49 days.

Meet Donut! He is a lovable 4-year-old American Pit Bull Terrier mix who came to us in mid-November after being transferred from a local shelter. When he arrived, our veterinary team discovered he needed some dental care and that he was also heartworm positive. After a successful dental procedure and some much-appreciated wet food, Donut began feeling so much better! Don't let his heartworm diagnosis scare you away, his treatment is fully covered through participating VCA hospitals, so his future family won't have to worry about the cost. Donut is simply looking for a family who will spend time with him, take him on walks, and shower him with the affection he deserves.
