BIRCH is a 3 months old male Siberian Husky/Shepherd who weighs 12 pounds and has been with us for 32 days.
Meet Birch, the strong and resilient 2-month-old Siberian Husky Mix! Birch, along with eight other siblings, was brought into our care after their previous owner experienced a change in lifestyle. Upon intake, we discovered that Birch wasn't bearing weight on his right hind leg, which led to x-rays. The results showed that Birch had an old fracture under his knee that hadn't healed properly. After careful consideration, it was decided that amputation would be the best option to give Birch the happy, pain-free life he deserves.
Despite everything, Birch has made an incredible recovery and still maintains his joyful, energetic spirit. This sweet, affectionate little guy has a blast playing with toys and giving sweet puppy kisses! Birch is now ready to find his forever home and is eager to meet his new best friend.
