All about ELSIE

ELSIE is a 1 year, 8 months old female Terrier/Mix who weighs 30 pounds and has been with us for 189 days.

Meet Elsie! This super sweet 1-year-old Terrier mix is looking for a second chance at finding her forever home. She was originally adopted from us in March 2024 as a puppy, and was returned in February after her previous family unfortunately had a change in lifestyle. Elsie has had a hard time adjusting to shelter life, and she spent some time in a foster home to help decompress! Her foster family said she does great in a home environment - especially when she has a dog friend to help her feel more comfortable. She loves to go on walks and does great on the leash, and she's also treat motivated and has a lot of fun learning new tricks! Elsie would prefer to find a forever home without children under 12, but she can join a family with other dogs! This sweet girl may be shy, but she will be an amazing companion when she finds her perfect family. Elsie's adoption fee has been waived thanks to our Guardian Angel Program, so she's ready to go home with you at no cost! Spend some time with Elsie today and fall in love.
