All about CASSIE

CASSIE is a 5 years, 2 months old female Retriever/American Pit Bull Terrier who weighs 45 pounds and has been with us for 140 days.

Cassie is the sweetest girl excited for her second chance at finding a loving family. She was actually transferred to us all the way from Florida in 2022 as part of our Hurricane Ian rescue efforts. Cassie was adopted not too long after her arrival, but unfortunately has made her way back to us after her previous owner got a new job that doesn't allow them to spend time with her. She is such a lovable dog - it's obvious from just a few seconds with her that she thrives on being around people! She also has the most unique eyes - one dark brown and the other a light golden color! Cassie does have a lot of energy, so she would love to find a family that likes to go out for walks and play with her! She does great with other dogs and would love the opportunity to be a friend to another dog in her forever home. Spend some time with Cassie today and see if she could be a great fit for your home!
