Meet the adorable and tenacious Bungee!

Bungee is a 5-month-old Terrier mix that was found as a stray and brought in by a kind member of the community. Upon intake, our medical team noticed that both of his front legs were badly injured. This prompted an X-ray, which revealed they were both broken, meaning a long road to recovery for little Bungee.

Bungee

Thanks to the amazing team at our Leeu Naylor Medical Building, Bungee underwent surgery where he received plates and pins in both front limbs to ensure he could have a full range of mobility once healed. Bungee was such a resilient pup throughout his strict recovery, where he had to spend lots of time resting in his kennel with splints and bandages on his legs. Sadly, Bungee also developed ringworm during his stay, meaning he required additional treatment and a few more weeks under the care of our medical staff. Even during recovery, Bungee’s personality continued to shine through. Just like his name suggests, he’s an energetic pup who loves to bounce around!

Bungee

Despite the setbacks that Bungee faced, he’s now fully recovered and ready for his forever family. And he’s sure to put his healed legs to good use in a home where he can run, jump, and play to his heart’s content! Come in and spend some time with Bungee if you’re looking for an adorable friend who’s as cute as he is strong!
