Our second annual Fiesta, Fidos & Fashion event was a hit! Our new El Rey Fido and Royal Court made their first public appearance as they were fitted for their Royal Grr-Robes. As they strutted their stuff on the catwalk (or dogwalk if you prefer), El Rey Fido X, Sir Dexter, and his Royal Court were welcomed by flashing cameras and eager fans waiting to catch a glimpse of San Antonio’s newest pet royalty.
In addition to the 2012 El Rey Fido and Royal Court, 11 fabulous pooches worked their fiesta wear for a panel of esteemed judges in a memorable Pet Fashion Contest. The 1st place winner took home a certificate for a 1-night stay at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio, a $100 dollar mall gift card, and a fiesta-themed gift basket. 2nd and 3rd place winners also took home NSM gift cards and gift baskets.
Fiesta, Fidos & Fashion was wonderful event filled with lots of friends, fashion, and of course fiesta-themed fun! Thanks to everyone for coming out and spending your day with us! And a special thank you to the North Star Mall for holding the event again this year.
