Love animals? Love earning new and exciting badges? Then the Brady’s Badge Days at the San Antonio Humane Society are perfect for you! Girl Scouts will learn about basic dog and cat care, the San Antonio Humane Society, other local non-profits assisting animals, and careers in pet care. Everyone will also get a behind-the-scenes tour of our shelter, the opportunity to meet some of our adorable shelter animals, and help starting to plan their Brady’s Badge Take Action Project, which you will be able to complete from home. So if you love animals and need a one-stop-shop to earn your next badge, come out and visit the San Antonio Humane Society for a Brady’s Badge Day. We guarantee that you’ll learn a lot and have a blast with our dogs and cats!

Please Note: Pre-registration is required. Individuals, full and partial troops are welcome to attend. Daisies, Brownies, Juniors, Cadettes and Ambassadors are all welcome!  Tagalongs are permitted only when directly supervised by their parent during the entire program.

Cost: $15 per scout (badges not included)
When: This program is available on both weekdays and weekends. Please contact us for availability. The entire program lasts from 1 hour to 1.5 hours, depending on the size of your group.

Please note: Parent/troop leader participation is limited to 1 per 5 scouts in attendance. In the case that we have a large group, parents and or troop leaders over the before mentioned limit may not stay for the program due to space limitations.
